So far, very impressed with this place. Prices aren't cheap but fair. But a luthier is like a tattoo, a good one is not cheap and a cheap one is not good. They are keeping me informed on the process via text message, are very friendly and helped me to explore my options and what's best for me and my budget. This new app looks pretty cool.

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. What a wonderful experience. All of the techs at the shop are friendly, knowledgeable and all around nice people. I recently bought a used instrument online, to say the neck had a bit too much relief would be an understatement. I feared the truss rod may have snapped. To my surprise a few days later I got a message letting me know my instrument was ready to pick up. Between the three luthiers at the shop I doubt they'd get stumped by almost anything. If your looking for a local shop that provides superb service, expert quality work, an incredibly quick turn around time for fair price then look no further. Found out about this luthier today. I just got my ltd black metal guitar in and it needed some work. I took it over to Gabriel @gabriels_guitars and in 30 minutes my guitar was show ready. Not only was the place nice but Gabriel was a cool dude. What was going to be an in and out deal, ended in a hang out session with the owner. This place is legit. If you need guitar work and you are in tucson go here! If you need work and you are just in Arizona, GO HERE! This is the only place I will ever take my guitar again.

I have had 4 Electric Guitars worked on here recently. The attention to detail at this shop is amazing and I am very happy customer. I had a couple bad experiences at some other places that just weren't able to help my instruments and these guys are awesome. No issues at all, worth every penny. These folks are certified luthiers and they will take great care of your guitar/bass. They have a good range of instruments (in terms of price) available in their store front as well. I've taken three guitars to be worked on so far and they are my go-to for any future repairs and care advice. I can't recommend them enough!

I love playing guitar but I don't know much about fixing it. I had a pretty simple but very annoying problem and Gabriel could tell immediately what was up and fixed it up perfectly within the time frame he gave me. It was also super easy and efficient to schedule an appointment through his website (a feature some other guitar repair shops in town don't have). I'll definitely be going to him if/when any bigger problems arise. Highly recommend!
