Due to the complex nature of instrument repair, estimates for time of completion may exceed our best guess and I agree to any and all additional time needed to complete these repairs by clicking below. Price quoted for service/labor are estimates only. I hereby authorize Gabriel's Guitars to perform the necessary related repairs and add the additional charges of such repairs. Gabriel's Guitars Reserves the right to decide what related repairs are necessary to complete the job.

All custom orders of any kind require a deposit and Gabriel's Guitars neither implies nor offers any refund or exchange on these items. Gabriel's Guitars offers no exchange or refund on any item sold at discount price from retail. All discount items are factory warranty only and customer assumes all costs of shipping and returning items to the manufacturer.

Gabriel's Guitars assumes no responsibility for damage, cracks, dings, paint chips, etc. to any equipment. Items left for repair: Gabriel's Guitars shall have lien on items left for repair when Gabriel's Guitars service is completed in accord with A.R.S. #33-1021 and A.R.S. #33-1023. This lien is continuing and perfected 20 days after changes accrue. Items not redeemed after that date may and will be disposed of by Gabriel's Guitars in accord with A.R.S. #33-1021. NO CASH REFUNDS.

NOTE - all repairs, action adjustments, electronic repairs and parts & accessories have no warranty guarantee. Please check everything carefully before you leave.

The customer hereby grants permission to Gabriel's Guitars to use medias including photographs and videos of his/her instrument(s) on various social media sites as well as at the business website www.gabrielsguitars.com. Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs, images, and/or video taken of the property for use by Gabriel's Guitars. There will be no compensation or other remuneration by Gabriel's Guitars to the customer for the use of these medias in perpetuity.

Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Gabriel's Guitars any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, or income, or any other incidental damages. NO CASH REFUNDS.

All repairs must be picked up within 30 days of receiving first notification of completion of work. After 30 days, rent will be applied at a rate of $5 per day. After 90 days, the equipment will be disposed of.
